Wrecked Corner 2014: West Side of Old Gate Road
On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, a woman was turning left onto Old Gate, clipped another car and proceeded to run into the garden, over the sign and the 7-foot weeping cherry tree. She ran over the entire lawn of the homeowner on that corner and finally stopped after hanging over and damaging his stacked driveway wall. The sign is close to 70 years old and will be hard to replace.
